I want to play with a great team, build friendships, and make memories with that team. I am different from other players because I am a great leader, I work extra hours to develop my skills, and I’m an unselfish teammate.

- Most Outstanding Freshman: Alaina Diamond , 2027, 6-2 F, Loogootee H.S. – In a Freshman class without many Class 1A standouts, Alaina would likely stand out in Class 4A as well. She has tremendous length, fluid athleticism, and her skill has continually developed throughout the years. She is actually much more comfortable away from the basket than posting up on the block. She has a nice mid-range jumper, plus she can put it on the floor and get somewhere productively. Defensively, she can sit down and defend the perimeter, she can get in gaps and pick up steals/deflections, plus she covers a lot of ground and can block shots from “help”. All in all, she is one of the most talented Freshmen in all of Indiana in 2023-2024, let alone in Class 1A.

- We are excited to announce the 9th annual IGBRR All-Indiana Showcase will be held on Sunday August 6th. You have been selected to join the top prospects in Indiana at this event. The invitation-only event will include recruiting services, college coaches, extensive social media coverage, photography, and the All-Indiana Showcase team announced on site with awards. IGBRR will also be writing up the event and prospects, which will be sent out to college coaching staffs across the country. A great opportunity to play with and against the top prospects in the state.

- Brandon Bradley Prep Girls Hoops Article: Below is a look at a handful of forwards and posts who caught our eye during the 3-day event. Alaina has already drawn some attention because of her height at her age, and it appears Southern Indiana has quite a few sizeable 2027s to keep an eye on. In what I was able to see, Alaina showed the ability to get out and run the floor, she has solid hands, and she has some skill around the paint and facing the basket. As most youngsters do, she will need to continue building her strength and working on her base, but she could still grow more, and she has really nice athletic tools to work with.

- Evaluation Featured40 Wisconsin- October 2022 Alaina Diamond showed off her versatility throughout the event. She has the size and talent to play effectively out on the perimeter, as well as, down in the lane. Being one of the tallest players on the floor resulted in her having an opposing post player guarding her, which Alaina did a great job taking advantage of. When the defensive played off of her she knocked down the 3, and when they guarded her tight she blew past them to the lane. She pursued rebounds at a high level and utilized her size to make plays defensively. Her ceiling is extremely high!
