When I was little, I was dubbed "Busy Izzy" as I wanted to go to all of my brothers and sister's practices and ball games. I love math and kept stats which helped me understand the game even more. Beyond the court, basketball has taught me resilience, teamwork, and the value of hard work. Despite being just a small town girl from Iowa, I'm determined to make a big impact on the basketball court and beyond. What sets me apart is my grit. I always want to improve, thrive under pressure, and can balance athletics with academic success (3.97 GPA). I see basketball not just as a sport but as a way to personally grow and lead; I want to inspire others and make a positive impact both on my team and in my community.
