Personal Statement
My goal is to not only to pursue my dream of playing college basketball, but to obtain a quality education.
I have been raised God first, family second and then everything else falls into place. I believe I have the work ethic, willingness to learn, leadership, and understanding of the importance of team to compete at the collegiate level.
Academically, I am an above average student. During my Sophomore year, I was awarded the recipient of the Kansas Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership award and I am an active member of the Kids4Kids organization.
On the court, following are my accomplishments:
2017-2018 - As a Freshman, I started at point guard for the Freshman basketball team, averaging 8.5 points a game.
2018-2019 - As a Sophomore, I played in 19 games for Varsity, averaging 2 points/game while shooting 41% from the field.
2019-2020 - As a Junior, I transferred high schools. Per Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) rules, I was ruled ineligible to play Varsity. I was voted Captain and I am currently the starting point guard for the Junior Varsity team.
