hello my name is Amaya, I first started playing basketball when I was in 6th, In 7th grade is when I joined my school team and became one of the best players on my team and was captain who lead my team and influenced the younger girls on my team to play and get better at a sport they loved as much as me.

Im only in 9th grade now and for the 3 years I’ve been playing basketball I’ve been a captain who influenced my team and always fought through to the last minute, as a leader I take the lead to lead my team good academically and lead them on the court. I want to go to a good college for me academically and the best for me athletically so that I can pursue my dreams playing college basketball but also get a degree in nursing.
