As an aspiring WNBA player, my hopes are to attend an elite college, where I can bring my basketball skills and abilities to help my collegiate team. My future goals is to join the other already talented women in the WNBA and abroad to change the narrative when it comes to women's basketball, to ensure we are always counted and acknowledged for our skills and abilities. I am viewed as a leader among my peers and teammates, and as someone who they can count on, and rely on to always give my best and some. I believe that playing basketball is not just about the sport, but about my education. It is important to me to ensure that I always balance ball and schoolwork and give both my very best. What makes me different from other recruits is that I started off playing on an co-ed basketball team, and after 4 years joined an all girls AAU team, where I've been playing for the last 2 years. Playing on an co-ed team gave me strength, and drive that has sparked an overall assertive player in me.
