Emma Achildiev '29 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play Division I basketball while earning a degree that challenges me academically and prepares me for a successful future. I’m a point guard who thrives on leadership, and elevating the people around me. On the court, I’m constantly studying the game its pace, angles, and tendencies so I can make smart decisions, control tempo, and be the kind of floor general coaches can trust in any situation.

What makes me a strong candidate for your program is the way I combine competitiveness with consistency. I push myself every day to improve whether it’s tightening my handle, increasing my court vision, or working on strength and conditioning. At the same time, I bring a positive energy that keeps my teammates motivated and focused. I take pride in being coachable, disciplined, and the first one in and last one out.

I believe what sets me apart from other recruits is my balance of character, academics, and athletics. I maintain a 4.0 GPA and am a member of the National Honor Society because I take my education as seriously as my sport. I hold myself to high standards, stay organized, and know how to manage my time effectively. Off the court, I’m respectful, team oriented, and committed to representing my school with integrity.

I’m looking for a program where I can grow, compete at the highest level, and contribute to a winning culture. I’m excited for the opportunity to bring my work ethic, leadership, and passion for basketball to a Division I team.
