Abbey Hicks '21 Recruiting Profile

I am not one to give up on my dreams. Years ago I decided I was going to play college basketball, and I will not stop trying to fulfill a desire I have so deep in my heart. One of my greatest strengths is working hard. I give my best effort in games, practice, and in the off season. I come everyday with a drive to not only better myself, but my teammates as well.  I excel on defense, as my team has voted me defensive MVP for two years now. I have also guarded and held multiple All-State players to minimal scoring helping lead my team to many victories.  I will play the role that is needed to win, whether that be defensively, getting the ball to other teammates,  and scoring as well. I am a team player through and through. The foundation of all these character traits are found in my faith in Jesus.
