Hey, I’m Caitlin Griffin!

I’m planning to go to a school that has a strong basketball program and great academics. I have a lot to offer such as athleticism, coachability, and a hard work ethic. My goal is to be an asset to any team that I play for. I thrive in close, competitive games where I have the opportunity to step up and help my team.

My basketball career began when I started playing netball in 2nd grade because my school in China didn’t have a basketball team. When my family moved back to Michigan I started playing for my 5th grade school basketball team. I fell in love with the sport and started playing travel basketball in 6th grade. In 8th grade, I earned the Player of the Year award for my travel team and practiced with a boy's team in the off-season. From there I went on to make varsity as a freshman where I was first off the bench. I returned my sophomore year to start on a CHSL Championship-winning team with a 21-2 record. I hope to have an amazing next 2 seasons with SCA and then play in college!
