I've always been captivated by the dynamic nature of basketball - the way it seamlessly blends individual skill with the art of teamwork. On the court, I find a sense of purpose and passion that drives me to constantly improve my game. My dedication to basketball is more than just a pursuit of athletic excellence; it's a commitment to learning valuable life lessons about perseverance, leadership and the importance of a strong work ethic. As I aspire to elevate my play, I also aim to inspire those around me by embodying the spirit of sportsmanship and the joy of competition. Basketball is not just a sport to me; it's a journey that continually shapes who I am. I was out on injury for my 23/24 sophomore high school basketball season but I have attended every single practice and game. I used this opportunity to grow as a player by learning how to support my team from the sidelines instead of on the court. I accepted my temporary injury as God’s plan for me to become a more well-rounded player. This setback helped me learn how to prevail through obstacles in basketball and life, and how to never give up.
