My plan is to find the school that will best allow me to get a degree from a great academic institution, while continuing to pursue my passion of playing basketball.  Being a varsity athlete in three sports in high school has taught me the importance of teamwork in making any season a success.  The experience has helped me gain the perspective of many different types of teammates, which I feel will help me have success playing college basketball.  The necessity of balancing my schoolwork with varsity sports throughout the entire year will also help me adapt to maintaining the commitment to succeed at both academics and athletics at a higher level.
