One of my older sisters is a big influence in my life. She showed me what it was like to be outgoing, kind, curious, and responsible. I looked to her as i grew into the person i am today. I became interested in basketball because of my dad who played throughout his life time. I play for him so one day he can look down at me and see how far i’ve come to achieve my goals. I’ve learned a lot about myself from playing basketball but the most important thing i’ve learned is i love to be a leader on and off the court. An obstacle i’ve overcome was losing my dad at a young age and moving across the country to start a new life. One of my unique characteristics is i am a very outgoing person and i love meeting new people and creating new bonds with them.
