Shelby Acklin '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Shelby Acklin and I attend West Plains High School. I am a 5'9 senior forward on the lady zizzer basketball team, and I have started varsity since I was a sophomore. I work hard, and I am a great leader.

I understand I have started the recruiting process late, but I would love to continue on to sports at a higher level. It has always been my dream to become a college basketball player. I want to go above and beyond my life goals and accomplish something wonderful. I want a college that I can impact the team I am on and make a good impression in the classroom as well. I have a GPA of 3.7 and I am a dedicated student. The major I would like to pursue is education. I would like to attend a college in Missouri and play on a team, any division, with very good chemistry and a hard working effort.

In the years 2012-2013, I earned the Honorable Mention All Conference award.
