Denyke Nicholas '17 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I picked up a basketball in the eighth grade I knew that basketball would become part of who I am. I believe in working for what I want in life which, plays a big role on the person I have become over the years. Basketball is not just a sport to me it's a commitment and stress reliever for when I'm having my bad days. Throughout the years of playing, basketball has taught me to remain humble and to keep striving for what I wish to accomplish. Additionally, basketball brought out my leadership skills and determination. I learned that I'm willing to push myself till I can't breathe.  In the end, I believe that I could be a great asset to a collegiate team if I get an opportunity to have more  rigorous  training along with serious teammates who wants to take playing basketball to the next level.
