I have always tried to make the best play for the success of everyone on the team. My game averages help to show the diversity of what I can do through my junior year with 9pts, 5reb, 3.3 assists, 2.2 steals, and 3.3 blocks. Whether it is finishing at the rim, hitting a threes, setting up my teammates, or stopping our opponent, I want to win.
We compete in the most challenging state division in all of NJ, the Super Essex County (SEC) American division. Our high school team has lost the Sectional Finals the last two years, but this year, we won home court and hope to win the school's first-ever Sectional title for girls' Basketball. Changing how Girls Basketball was viewed by my classmates and the competitiveness my fellow Juniors have brought to the school since we started as freshmen has been a great experience. I hope to help provide a similar impact to the school I attend and find a group of friends that I will have for life.
