Since the sixth grade, I've always been a multiple sport person playing flag football, volleyball, and basketball. During the summer of becoming a sophomore, I competed in a intercity tournament at the Spooky Nook complex. At that tournament a light switch clicked, I was hungry for more than a trophy they were giving out, I wanted to play constantly and better myself. I strive to become a player who works to better themselves and their team. I'm hungry to become the best there is out there and compete in a higher level of basketball. I the classroom I also strive to be the best in the class with being in the National Honors Society since 7th grade and taking rigorous courses that will prepare me for college. When it comes to basketball, I am in the gym before and after practice getting up extra shots. I emphasis the importance of forming bonds with your teammates because I want to make them feel comfortable if they need to ask me about basketball or about life in general. I believe I would be a great asset to any college both academically and athletically.
