Personal Statement

Ive been playing basketball since I was seven years old, ever since then I’ve been in love with the game. I work very hard on my mental health, so I can be coachable and play with a clear head.  I’m involved in CrossFit and weight lifting with my school head coach to keep in shape for basketball season. As well as  weight lifting, I also play two other sports including Volleyball and Track and Field.

Academics are very important to me too . I want to major in criminology. I have very high standards for myself and grades.  Other activities I’m also involved in are, Speech and debate, various volunteering opportunities and orchestra.

  • Jaiden is all around athletic, she has a impressive frame to her and height to go with it. She is very good and seeing the ball coming off the rim and pulling it down/putting it back up. She has so much talent waiting to explode, mix that with a little finesse to her game, watch out…she will be mayhem for other teams. I like everything about her, and can’t wait to see more of her in her in Class “A” this year, she has serious potential.

  • Rated the #3 player in the Class of 2025, she is an all-around athlete that is fun to watch and aggressive around the rim. She has a good size frame, and she knows how to use her strength to finish at the rim and pull-down rebounds. She possesses a good interior game, isn’t afraid to go for the ball and put-up points off the glass. She will continue to get better and better. It will be fun to watch her progression next year for the Horace Hawks in their 1st Varsity Season, I think we can all agree she will be a key player for them next season.
  • Camp/Event
  • AAU Minnesota State Tournament
  • 5/06/22 to 5/15/22
  • *All Hustle and Heart Team* I absolutely love bigs that run the floor and Haile does it on both ends. Things that go unnoticed are getting back on defense with your hands up and , with her wingspan, she deters a lot of would-be fast breaks simply by hustling back. On the offensive end the North Dakota prospect is a willing passer and sets solid screens making the defense keep their head on a swivel. With sharp shooting Regan Juenemann and super-duper underclassmen Chloe Johnson running the show Haile makes her money cashing in on the offensive glass. She poured in 12 points in the tournament opener and was a presence for the opposing teams to account for. She’s one of the unsung heroes on a squad that snuck up and stung a few teams in the prelims and made teams take notice in the state tournament.

  • -Haile had a monster game, finishing with 16 points and 15 rebounds and was nearly unstoppable inside. Division I talent who as she gets more exposure is going to see many more opportunities arise. Physical interior player who finishes at the rim and absolutely owns the defensive glass.

  • Jaiden Haile– 6’1 C 2025 – Horace (ND) – Jaiden has great size and is an inside presence. Also, has the ability to roam around the mid-range to perimeter area. She can hit a mid-range jumper and occasionally a three. Moves well without the ball. Ran the floor well at the event, and it allowed her to get some transition buckets. Jaiden has a constant motor as a young prospect and has size, so there’s a lot of reasons to think she will be a legitimate prospect. Jaiden’s effort and motor really stood out and was noticeable.
