Adrienne Wachtman '20 Recruiting Profile

    As a three-sport, varsity scholar-athlete I have always loved playing for my school team while prioritizing the classroom and participating it the community around me.  Having played sports year round since second grade, I have always been motivated by competing or practicing with teammates on the field, on the court, or in the pool, and there is nothing more meaningful to me than making even the smallest contribution when the game is on the line.  

My high school sports highlights reflect my personal goal for doing my best to help the team succeed:  competing in two district final basketball games, two regional track meets in discus and high jump, and two state championship games in water polo.  Being a four time team captain,  I also understand and have experience in the leadership that is critical for building team success.

    While looking for colleges that match my academic interests and rigor, I am also eager to join a team where I can contribute all that I have to offer.
