I'm a Senior and I live in Wallaceburg, Ontario. I play club ball for the St Clair Regional JUEL U19 Team (I played on a U19 team as a 16 year old).
We play in the Ontario Basketball Association JUior ELite League. There are 18 elite teams in Ontario and the best 200 players in Ontario. I'm one of the younger players in the league.
Last year I played in the JUEL League for the Windsor Valiants - the St Clair team is much closer to my home.
In high school I play for Ursuline College in Chatham. UCC is a AAAA school - I start at point guard.
I want to play basketball in college - where I would like to study science and math - I would like to be an engineer. I'm a hard worker and a quick learner. I carry an "A" average at school - I love playing basketball!! I would be happy to explore almost any scholarship opportunity presented to me.
Last year in the JUEL (Junior Elite U19) league we finished 6th in the provonce . I mostly play point guard and shooting guard but will play a lot of other positions with this team. Playing with girls a year or two older than me really improved my skills and my confidence. I practiced with 6 girls who are now playing university basketball - I hope my defense made them better players.
This summer I played for the St Clair Midget Regional Development Team. It's made up of the best 15 and 16 year old players in our region - We played in the Ontario Summer Games in Toronto - it was like playing in the Olympics! It was a great experience, the coaches are great and the girls are really good players. This is the second year I have made this team.
Every summer I attend Point Guard College - this summer it was in Bowling Green OH - I find this is a great way to to learn the inner game and to become a better point guard. If you're familier with PGC - My team won the "Play Your Way Out of The Gym" Tournament - that was really cool because I was the team captain and I selected the players in the "draft"
I have attended Five Star Basketball Camps - the last one in Louisville KY. I was selected to the WNBA All Star Team and our team won. I also won the dribble and no-dribble tournament and I was awarded Best Playmaker at the camp. A great experience with great players.
I look forward to hearing from you and I look forward to attending college in 2014. There are some highlight videos on my recruiting profile and there's even a full game video.
Thanks for taking the time to visit - please give me a call
