I have been playing basketball for 3 years now. I am inspired every day to show hard work and dedication towards this sport. For the past 3 years, I have grown to love this sport. It has helped me become the person I am today. Three years ago, I would never have imagined that I would be playing basketball at all nor be at the level I am at today. l appreciate the people who have pushed, believed in me, and gotten me where I am today. Basketball has taught me various life lessons including being coachable, integrity, grit, critical thinking, leadership, and more. Playing this sport has shaped me into a better version of myself. It has also helped me academically to push myself. Having acquired the right mindset for this sport, I cannot wait to play at the next level.
