Larkin Turner '24 Recruiting Profile

My basketball journey has been fast, fun and challenging. I played my first official basketball game in October 2021. By March 2022 I was selected to play on the 2024 CyFair National team that later became Hunt United 16U National. This summer I'm playing for Texas U in the Under Armour Circuit on their 17U Showcase team. We are very competitive and play in all of the tournaments the GUAA team does. I've learned a lot and enjoyed seeing more of the country as we travel for tournaments. 

My weekly training program includes over 10 hours of structure skills and performance training. When I’m not in school or training I work outside in a physically demanding job for a company I joined in 2021. When it is time to relax, I chill with our dogs, goats and chickens or hang out at the lake with friends and family. 

I am committed to playing at the college level and long term plan to be a personal basketball trainer.  I look forward to being a student athlete while getting my business degree.
