"My name is Dana Barnett. I am currently a guard playing for BIQ UA - 16U Rise Basketball Dallas , Texas. I am a 2025 and attend Boles High School, I choices into this school for smaller class sizes and better academic opportunities, consequently, I have to appeal to for varsity play this year. I am a utility player, bit also stretch the floor and play great defense and average 6 rebounds every game. I can be whatever is need for my team.
I am currently a straight-A student and have already acquired 2 high school credits as an 8th grader. I am very interested in FFA, FCA and very active in my church teen youth group.
I am interested in studying Kinesiology, Sports Management or Health Science in college and would like to be a coach and teacher at some point.
I am looking for a basketball family I can join and also looking for a spiritual support and teaching family to walk along sided as I continue my walk with the Lord while pursuing my dream of being a college athlete.
From FCA meetings to practices with Lady Athletic Elite, basketball has always been my second home. As a 2025 Point Forward at Boles High School, Quinlan, Texas, I'm a do-it-all player, averaging 13 points and 6 rebounds. I stretch the floor and have great defense. But beyond stats, I'm a hard-working student with a passion for the game and a dream to coach one day. Dual credit courses and involvement in BETA fuel my academic drive, while FCA and church youth group strengthen my faith.
My ideal college is a basketball family that shares my commitment to faith. I envision learning from experienced coaches and then paying it forward as a future mentor, Graduate Assistant, and Coach. College athletics is my path, and I'm ready to play at the highest level while continuing my walk with the Lord.
