Basketball is a passion of mine. Playing this game brings memories and moments that you will never forget. To be able to have something in your life that brings you that much joy and excitement drives me to want to be on the court as much as I can. Having a ball in my hands is this different type of feeling. You can feel the grooves and the leather and it’s a feeling that is something that is always familiar to me. The act of getting better through the hard times and the challenges that this sport brings is fun to me. Basketball is a release for me to not worry about everything else that is going on in the world. Its something that causes me to work without having any dread to.  Being able to be apart of a team and know that you are all working towards a goal greater then your individual goal is truly inspiring. I would love to have the opportunity to be able to continue playing the sport that I love after high-school.
