Leilani Hansen '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Leilani Hansen and I have been playing basketball since I was very young.  When I started it was because my Dad had a love for the game and it was something I did with him.  As the years passed I found that same love for the game.  When I am not in school or studying I am playing basketball or working with different skill development coaches. My strengths as a player are my abilities to shoot the three, run the floor, and move away from the ball.  

I am looking for an opportunity to play college basketball where I can contribute to a team and help them win. I have had many opportunities to play on different teams the last three years.  This has been really enjoyable because I have gotten to know so many good friends and learn different styles of basketball. I have been successful with playing an up-tempo style and I have also been equally productive at a half court style of play.  

I know if a Coach will give me the opportunity, I will work as hard as I can for the team to win.
