Personal Statement
It all started in first grade, nothing but joy came from throwing around a basketball. Now it has developed into a daily passion in my life. My Name is Julia and I am currently a sophomore. I started playing basketball in elementary school and began playing on an AAU team in fifth grade. Last year, it was an honor to play on my high school’s varsity team as a freshman. Along with basketball, academics has always been a priority, and my hard work and commitment has helped me to develop into both a valuable player and student. I am a coachable person and always give 110% in basketball, school and all that I do.
