Brécha Byrd '20 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to help my Surry County High School Lady Cougars Basketball Team win district, regional and state titles. I, Bre'cha Byrd, plan to work hard to achieve all of my goals. I am an honor student with a 4.0 GPA. I am currently at senior at Surry County High School. Last season, I helped lead my team to the State Championship for the second consecutive year as a captain.  I also received 1st Team All District for the third consecutive year, 1st Team All Region 1A for the third consecutive year, Region 1A Player of the Year, and 1st Team All State for the second consecutive year. I also reached and exceeded my 1000th point as a junior, became a Daily Press All-Star, and was named MVP. I love basketball with everything. I will work harder to become smarter, faster and stronger to make my teammates, coaches, families, school and most importantly, my God proud and to play on the collegiate level. We Must Ball.
