Cali Tagliapietra '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi! my name is Cali Tagliapietra and I’m a point guard graduating from high school in June of 2027. After high school I hope to continue my basketball career at the college level. I played varsity as a freshman and helped my team become regional champions in 2024.  I received "most improved" award and increased my playing time throughout the year and into the playoffs. As a sophomore, I received All-Conference Honorable Mention recognition and I lead my team in scoring, assists, steals and blocks and was second in rebounding. 

I am also part of Chapman Gold Elite AAU team. Basketball is my passion and I am always finding ways to grow and improve my game. 

I'm a multi sport athlete, participating in Track & Field as well as Basketball. As a freshman I hold three school records and placed 4th (4x400M) and 5th (4x800M) at 2024 State meet.  And as a sophomore I improved my 400m (57.51) and 800m (2:19.6) times while placing 3rd at state in the 4x800m and 6th in the 4x400m breaking school records again in both. I also just earned 2025 All American for the 4x400m relay in track.
