Personal Statement

I have always loved playing volleyball. I started in grade school playing in developmental leagues, and from 7th-9th grade I played club volleyball with Circle City Elite in Plainfield IN. I played libero/DS and enjoyed the high level of indoor competition and traveling to play in huge tournaments with some of the best competition in the US. I was the JV libero for my freshman season of high school volleyball and played Varsity libero/DS my sophomore season of high school.

My varsity coach introduced me to beach volleyball when COVID19 hit. I fell in love with the sport of beach volleyball and transitioned to playing beach year round after my freshman season of club volleyball. I now play year round beach volleyball representing iBeach31 out of Westfield, IN and only pause to play high school varsity volleyball for Tri West High School out of Lizton IN. My personal goal is to play beach at the next level in college.

Indy Hybrid Trainer

Went to the Indy Hybrid Trainer- Stacy Silver Sampen- she was a former D1 libero. We worked on volleyball skills as well as strength and agility training. Worked out with her consistently for 5 years, 2-3 days a week.
