Personal Statement

My team won the high school state championship in Michigan Division 3 Volleyball.  I tied for fourth in the most kills in the state final (34 kills) of all time in all divisions.  I am an outside hitter and defensive specialist.  With my speed and versatility, beach volleyball could be a fun sport.  I am a three-sport athlete in high school, All-State 1st Team in volleyball and softball and All-State 2nd Team in basketball.  

While maintaining a 4.0 unweighted GPA, I am Class President, Vice President of Student Council, and Team Captain.  I also started a "sunshine box" fundraiser to benefit abused children in my county.
