The summer before my freshman year I tried out for a beach volleyball club. At the time I wanted to round out my indoor game - I was a middle blocker and wanted to improve my passing/defense. I fell in love. I love the importance of all skills and mental toughness the game takes. After my freshman high school season, I moved to playing beach year round. Now, I am completely focused on being a more dynamic beach player. I’ve added additional training outside of club ball, both in the sand and in the weight room. I know I don’t have the years of experience other recruits have, but I am tenacious and passionate and I know I can bring value to a beach program.
In the classroom I look forward to studying Business Administration with an emphasis on Sustainability at my best fit school.
