Sammantha Helmboldt '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I am Sammantha Helmboldt, I've been diving for seven years and within those seven years I have accomplished a lot to be proud of. I currently hold  seven regional gold medals, two state champion gold medals, a bronze medal at zones, one seventh place national medal, five AAU national gold medals, and a fourteenth place achievement at Junior World Championship Trials. I am hoping to accomplish more in my last two years of club athletics, attend a Division one University where I can further develop my athletic and academic skills and study criminal investigations. Diving has become a huge part of my life, but I am able to understand the importance of academics and continue to obtain high A's in all of my classes. I am a very supportive type of athlete, I enjoy being a part of a team who can celebrate one another's accomplishments.
