I started diving with a local club in 2015 when I was seven years old, and was immediately hooked. I quickly progressed from recreational to pre-competitive, then to their high-performance team. In 2020 I moved to iDive Vancouver as I wished to become a more elite diver, and now train out of Vancouver Aquatic Centre 5-6 days a week.
My two disciplines are the 1m and 3m springboards. In 2022 I was invited to join the BC Provincial Diving Team after I qualified in Junior Nationals the previous year.
I am very coachable and hardworking, I have dreamt of securing a place within a diving university in the United States since I was a little girl, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity that I know will give me wonderful experiences that will shape my future.
At school, I work very hard to maintain a good GPA, while I know I am not the best student academically I give 110% to be the best student I can be, as I know that you are only as good as the effort you put in. I also work as a recreational dive coach, bringing to joy of diving to school age children.
My dream is to attend a university where I can push myself to be the best possible version of myself, both in my studies and on the boards. I am open to all options and wish to find the right university match at the highest level of competition so I can be a role model to my peers and make my parents proud.
