I’ve been diving for just over three years. During a cross-country workout at the pool my freshman year, we were going off the boards at the end. The swim coach asked if I had ever tried diving. I joined the team after that and fell in love with the sport.

I have a gymnastics background from childhood which carried over to the sport. I joined the Midwest Diving Club out of Omaha in the winter after my Freshman season. I train on mostly 1M since that is the only thing we compete in High School in Iowa, but enjoy 3M and platform when I get the chance.  

I like the individual yet team aspect of the sport. My collegiate goal is to join a program that feels like family. Where we push each other to be the best versions of ourselves, both in and out of the pool. I’m also seeking a school with strong academics where I can be challenged in the classroom.
