My name is Aniya Gonzalez and I am a Highschool Junior. I have been diving for going on 5 years. I realized diving was going to be the perfect sport for me back in 7th grade. From there on, I have been working beyond hard to get new skills, perfect them, and compete them. I am dedicated, precise, and determined to get to the top in most everything that I do. During my freshman year of highschool, I broke my first school record. I enjoy diving more than anything else. Diving is a game of the mind that I have always been determined to play. I have a 4.0 GPA and take all honors/advanced classes. I have displayed true dedication to my education from the very beginning. I aspire to be an Emergency Medicine Physician and Professional Violinist. As a member of a college diving team, I will bring forward my positive attitude, physical abilities, dedication, and true love for the sport. I believe that hard, honest work is the key to getting wherever you want to be in life. Anything is possible if you truly put your mind to it. In college, I wish to bring my diving career to new heights (literally and figuratively haha)! I know I will be a wonderful addition to college diving teams because of my dedication to my education and my sport.
