TEAM TEXAS DIVING is a youth sports program dedicated to teaching basic, intermediate and advanced diving skills for girls and boys between ages 6-18. It is our goal to instill self-confidence, self-discipline and a strong work ethic in a safe and enthusiastic environment for all levels and abilities. The acrobatic nature of diving lends itself to cross training using such equipment as trampoline, spring floor, dry-land diving boards into large landing mats, foam landing pits and video replay screens. These facilities are on site and are checked and maintained for safety on a regular basis. The diversified nature of our training methods makes our training program unique. The variety of our program keeps young athletes interested and enthusiastic.
Team Texas Diving offers training for guest teams and individuals outside of the Bryan and College station area. Because we are one of the only natatoriums in the state with Olympic class Diving facilities, we promote and encourage individuals to participate in specific skills training where outside team coaches work closely with Team Texas Diving to establish appropriate plans for athletes to meet their individual specific goals.
Our program prepares divers to compete at any level; High School, Amateur Athletic Union, United States Diving, Collegiate NCAA Division I, II, III, US National Teams and Olympic Teams.

Springboard Training 1m & 3m

Springboard training consists of multiple alternating reps of 1Meter and 3Meter springboard sessions. Reinforced with active dive reviews and instant video feedback to assist with skill progression.
Dryland Training
1 year
Dryland training consists of dry diving boards and a 1Meter platform into a 20x25ft foam pit, a 48x18ft spring floor and in-ground trampoline with spotting belt rigs over the dry board, trampoline and 1M platform. Active video monitoring provides instant feedback to the divers consistent with springboard training.
