Sofia Strobel '26 Recruiting Profile

Since I started playing golf in the 6th grade, my love for the sport has continued to grow. However, after making my first birdy I knew that golf was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I found out that I had the ability to play in high school and beyond that, which has become my main goal. I appreciate the focus, practice, and self discipline that is needed to be successful in golf. In 2022, I got to play on my high school's girls' varsity golf team. After such a competitive season and going getting to experience going to States, my goals solidified for the future. I plan on growing my game and experiences to be able to play in college. I would be a great candidate for your team because I am willing to put in my focus, hard work, and anything else needed to succeed.  I work great with others and am a very team-orientated person. Not only am I driven for my sport I am also academically driven.  I am a hard worker when it comes to what I love to do. Though I have not yet chosen my future career path, I know it is connected to helping others because that is something I am passionate about.
