Aleksandra Stancheva '23 Recruiting Profile

I am Aleksandra Stancheva I am 17 years old,  I have been on my districts girls golf team for 4 years now. My best score on a 9 hole course was a 43 at our tournament last year. I was born in Bulgaria and came to the U.S. at an early age, I was able to get my citizenship in  April of 2021. I am currently fluent in English, Bulgarian and Bosnian. After college I aspire to have a career in architecture, I have always had a passion for it since I was little. My goal after high school is to get into a college where I can continue playing on a golf team and major in architecture. My family always supports me in my golf journey and they motivate me to do my best and have fun with it.  I first started playing golf at the age of 13 during my freshman year, after that I have always had a the motivation to be on my team and play.
