Alexes Koenig '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Alexes and I graduate in the year 2023! Volleyball has been a passion of mine since I was 5 years old. I fell in love with the sport by watching my dad play and watching him coach his teams. I love volleyball because of the tempo of the game as well as the strategic characteristics. As a libero, I have to read and analyze the other players to determine where I need to be to be able to make the best play I can, which amazes me every time. I want to advance my  skills by  playing at the highest level I possibly can. As a teammate my main goals to help win are to give  as much information I can and to always give 110%. Giving my teammates the information they need to score points as well as always playing with my whole heart is something that I am most proud of as a player.
