My name is Mia Scrimgeour, and I’m a 21-year-old junior majoring in Political Science at Western Illinois University. As I prepare for my senior year, I’m exploring transfer opportunities that offer strong athletic and academic scholarship support, a competitive team environment, and a clear path to graduating on time in May 2026.

While I’ve appreciated my experience at WIU, the current uncertainty around coaching and recruiting has pushed me to seek a program with a committed coaching staff, strong team culture, and the resources to support my academic and athletic development. I take pride in staying ahead of my coursework, especially during the season, and I value flexibility that allows me to balance training, travel, and school responsibilities.

I’m passionate about golf and committed to being a well-rounded student-athlete, mentally, physically, and emotionally. I train consistently, take care of my nutrition, and work on the mental side of my game to ensure peak performance. I also bring energy, fun, and positivity to a team, supporting my teammates both on and off the course.
