Maisarah Hezri '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Maisarah Hezri , I am 17 years old. I wish to further my studies in USA and to get a good golf scholarship to pursue my dream of becoming a professional golfer. I am a Spring or Fall, 2022 Athlete!

I got into the game with my brother because of my late grandfather who is a avid golfer. I quickly found enjoyment in the game and got quite good at it eventually with the help of my grandfather and uncle who are also professional golfers. I have played golf for almost 7 years now and there hasn't been a time I've ever wanted to give up. Since I was 14 years old I have known that I wanted to go to USA and play college golf. I have never stopped trying and will give the very best of me to every opportunity given. I would love to major in Business Administration or Business Management.

2020 is not a great  year for my golf due to Covid-19 pandemic and Movement Control Order (MCO) in Malaysia. Nevertheless, I keep on doing my indoor practise and fitness. 

My current handicap is 2 with the average score of 75 and I am currently in the National team. My goal for this year is to be among top 5 golfer in all National events.

Hybrid – 200 yards

4 Iron – 190 yards

5 Iron – 175 yards

6 Iron – 165 yards

7 Iron – 150 yards

8 Iron – 135 yards

9 Iron – 125 yards

PW – 115 yards

52 degree – 85 yards

56 degree – 75 yards
