Hi Coach! Thank you so much for taking the time to view my profile.

My name is Katherine Liu, and I am a junior at Moorestown High School. I am a student of integrity seeking to join your program where I can contribute to the success of the team.

I began playing golf in the summer of 2020 and instantly fell in love with the sport and how it connects to greater aspects of life. I am goal driven and passion fueled, so I know there’s always something to work on. My game is ever improving because I know I haven’t reached my peak potential. 

Golf taught me that hard work comes with sacrifices, one shot doesn’t define my round, how to have good time management on both academic and athletic tasks, how to stay present, how to be a positive team player, and many more life lessons. My strengths on golf courses is I know how to control my emotions and remain level headed because I understand that golf is a game of misses. 

My academic and leadership achievements include my GPA and selection for the All South Jersey Choir, All South Jersey Band, as well as participation in various clubs. While competing in golf, I am current enrolled in AP Chemistry and AP English Language & Composition, along with several other honors courses. I am interested to pursue a degree in psychology and finance or a related field.   

It would be a tremendous honor to play at a competitive collegiate level,  because I want to add value to your team to win tournaments and acquire life long friendships.
