Personal Statement

I started playing golf competitively as a freshman at Rumson Fair Haven High School. Since then, I have shown tremendous improvement and continue to get better.

Academics and athletics are both very important to me. My goal is to attend (and graduate) from a strong college/ university where I can grow academically and athletically. I really enjoy the camaraderie of competing for my high school golf (and tennis) teams.

I have a strong drive and possess good touch around the green. I am also a very smart player with a very strong work ethic: I will work very hard to continue improving my game and help the team win.

My current class schedule includes five honors/ AP classes; I have a 4.5 cumulative GPA (A-; on 5.0 scale). I have been elected to the Science and Art National Honor Societies.
