Skylar Kew '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sky Kew.  Going to school to be a student athlete has been my dream since I can remember.  I played rep hockey and lacrosse at the highest level, however, my passion has always been golf.  I am a strong academic student (high 80's and 90's) and I am self motivated and hungry to learn new things. I plan on majoring in Communications or some type of Environmental Science, since I have a passion for protecting our earth whether it be using science or the power of modern communication. I am looking for a school to help me reach my potential as both a student and an athlete. I love nothing more than being part of a team! I grew up in multiple teams and I still consider all my teammates family... this is something I look forward to applying to golf.  My coach and I (Tristan Mullally) are currently working on golf course management and increasing club head speed while still maintaining consistency. My dream is to become a professional golfer, and I will work very hard to make that happen. I would love to be in an environment where I can work towards that goal while receiving a good education. I am known by most as a very positive and upbeat person, and I always love to help people see the bright side of every situation.
