I started playing golf at the age of 4 and started competitively playing at the age of 8. I would love to attend a college that can help me grow stronger as a player. I do strength and speed training 4 times a week. During the school year I practiced 2+ hours and did golf specific workouts. With school over I now practice 6-8 hours and still do workouts.
My goals for 2020 are to get my scoring average below 75, and get my driver speed up to 96mph. I also want to get my Junior Golf Scoreboard Ranking within the top 500.
I am a very hard worker. When coaches give me something to improve upon, I spend multiple sessions a day to make the change. I get along with teammates and friends both at school and golf. I also strive to work hard in school and maintain good grades.
Playing golf at the college level is a huge goal of mine, so I will continue to improve and focus on golf so I can achieve my goals.
My first name is Kayla Udom, but I go by my middle name, Momo Udom.
