Alexa Gonzalez '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Alexa Gonzalez and I'm currently a Sophomore at College Park High School in The Woodlands, Texas. I started playing golf about 2 1/2 years ago and fell in love with the sport.  Golf has taught me following:

Maturity: Bad shots happen, in life and on the golf course, it's how you respond to the bounces that determine your level of success.

Patience: I learned you can't force certain things in golf, you just take the punches and move on always learning. 

Acceptance: don't dwell on the bad shots, because you can't change it, but be confident on what you can do next cause I have put the work and effort to be successful.

 I have worked hard in such as short time and I am determined to work harder to be the best golfer and student I can be. I would love to earn the opportunity to play golf at the collegiate level.
