Rachael King '23 Recruiting Profile

I'm Rae and I've been playing hockey since 2019. Although this doesn't seem long, my 8 years in figure skating prior have helped my skills on the ice flourish. I have spent these past years in hockey bettering myself and focusing on development. When with my team, I focus more on the bond and friendships rather than the outcome on the ice. I take my academics seriously and look forward to graduating with honours. I enjoy theatre and participate in my youth group in my spare time. This last year I was in my school's production of Legally Blonde. I am on the regional board of my youth group as the publicist. I aspire to pursue behavioural neuroscience at university, ultimately planning to work with mental health.
