Sydney Brooks '21 Recruiting Profile

My favorite subjects are Math, Science and American Sign Language. I've maintained a GPA >3.5 and would like to attend a University to study Nursing.  I am the President of my Sign Language Club and would like to use my knowledge and skills to communicate to the deaf population in the medical field.

I am a leader and exceptional motivator on my  Girls Travel and Co-ed Varsity Ice Hockey Teams. I am a team player, always willing to play any position necessary to get the job done and look for opportunities to assist my fellow teammates. I'm positive and friendly and the nucleus of my Championship teams. 

THAT IS WHAT I DO, WIN Championships! I am FAST, I will stop any opponent charging my goal. I will skate from one end to the other to catch breakaway players, to their surprise I catch them!  After 10 years playing hockey, I've developed into a fluid, FAST, tenacious defense(woman) capable of competing at the highest level. My tremendous SPEED keeps me ahead of my competition and my ability to defend is proven by the lack of goals from my opponents. My ability to impede the offensive player has earned me a reputation as a stealthy and difficult defense(women).
