Hannah O'Dowd '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Hannah O'Dowd.  I am currently a sophomore attending Cape Cod Academy.  I cannot remember a time in my life before hockey.  I was 4 years old when I learned to skate and was playing the game within that first year.  Hockey has been a constant in my life which made the decision to attend a private school that did not offer Girls Ice Hockey quite difficult.  My academics and athletics go hand in hand and are equally important to me.  I was grateful when my school created a co-op with a local public high school so exceeding at academics and athletics became a true reality.

I am looking forward to continuing playing varsity hockey while maintaining my academic rigor.  Competing at a college level has forever been a dream and goal I have wanted to achieve.  I am very much looking forward to competing at this next level.
