Ever since I stepped on the ice when I was two, I knew it was where I belonged. 10 years later I started playing hockey and fell in love with the sport. After my first practice, I knew it was my sport and I never wanted any of my practices, games or seasons to end because I knew it would mean I would have to wait until next time. The past four years have consisted of camps and extra practice to improve my skill, coaching and practically living at the rink in winter. One of my goals is to play college ice hockey and to make my division proud. I always try to do better than I did in the practices and games before. I always make everyone feel welcome, every year my team is always well bonded. I also play softball, field hockey and I volunteer in my community as a Sunday school teacher, coach and I have volunteered in the Toys for Tots organization my whole life. I take my education very seriously and try to be the best I can be in every subject. I always play in every game like it is going to be my last because your biggest competition is yourself.
