In 2017 & 2018: Participate in Futures Camp for top players currently in 7th- 8th grade in MN. This program will serve as an introduction to the NCAA college recruiting process and a precursor to the Prospects Camp. The camp will consist of the following:

· D1 Coaches on Bench and Ice for Games and Practices
In prior two years: The 8 Week Summer Training program consists of 1 hour of ON ICE and 1 hour of OFF ICE twice weekly for 8 weeks June-August.

2017 High Performance Fall League

The CCM Minnesota Hockey High Performance Tier 1 Leagues provide the top 20 (12 forwards, 6 defense, and 2 goalies) players from each district or section a chance to play with and against the best players in the state. The girls are nominated by coaches for the league, then go on to 3 try-out sessions for selection. The Girls 14 & Under classification is for players born in 2003 and 2004. The Leagues are conducted in accordance with USA Hockey rules and all teams are eligible for USA Hockey’s Tier 1 National Championships.
The Girls 14U League has six teams: Loons (District 2), Lakers (District 6), Green Giants (District 10), Polars (Districts 3/5), Moose (Districts 4/8/9) and Blue Ox (Districts 11/12/15/16).
As part of the CCM Minnesota Hockey High Performance programs, there will be 18 on-ice skill development practices and eight off-ice training sessions in addition to the 12 League games and three League playoff games. Training will include Tier 1 player clinics as well as dryland education and nutritional information provided by the experts at Mayo Clinic.

2014, 2015 and 2016. 3 on 3 is a high tempo, skills-based game on a smaller ice surface that creates a much faster-paced game that gives players more opportunities to handle the puck and faster decision making abilities. 7 - Sixty-minute high-intensity, high tempo sessions. 15 minutes of individual skills instruction and 45 minutes of 3 on 3 play. 45-60 second high tempo shifts.
