Lucy Pliscofsky '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lucy Pliscofsky, I am 16 years old, and I am currently a Junior at South Glens Falls Senior High School. I first started playing travel hockey when I was 10 years old, and I play for both my varsity high school team (Adirondack United), and my local travel club team (Adirondack Northstars 19u Tier II). Both teams I have played for have accomplished great achievements such as state championship wins, and even a USA Hockey National championship win. My goal has been to play hockey at the highest competitive collegiate level ever since I started playing. I am very hard working, coach-able, and willing to do whatever it takes to make myself a better hockey player. I am a team player, and share a close connection with each one of my teammates. Academically speaking, I am very strong in my studies, and currently hold a 4.0 GPA. I wish to go into the field of chemistry and later on become a medicinal chemist. I am also involved in the arts, as I am in a competitive contemporary a capella group. I am excited to pursue hockey any way I can, and I can't wait to see what the future holds!
